Senior Warehouse Executive

It is driven by 2 key businesses; ODM/OEM of medical/healthcare devices, IoT products, consumer electronic lifestyle gadgets and industrial equipment for multinationals worldwide and the provision of cloud computing solutions.
In view of our expansion, we are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position:

Responsibilities

To plan, implement and supervise warehouse processes and procedures, such as forklift driving, receiving and delivery truck control, etc.
To plan and implement an efficient inventory system encompassing space optimisation, equipment maintenance and utilisation and goods’ security to prevent stock damage or misplacement.
To analyze warehouse issues, identifying the root cause and ensuring effective implementation of counter-measures for continuous improvements.
To oversee and liaise with transporter, forwarder and shipper on the delivery of goods to customers or receiving of goods from suppliers.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline and with at least 5 years of warehousing or logistics working experience.
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Hardworking, systematic, detail-oriented and good communication skills.
Able to work with people, including the ability to influence and motivate others and contribute ideas.
